Discounted $3 tickets are available to income-eligible families or families with members who have disabilities. Tickets may only be purchased for those immediate family members who receive benefits (through certain social programs), their children under 18, and their parents or guardians. (It is not necessary to provide proof of a disability.) Discounted tickets are not available to the friends or family members not living with the eligible family member, or to adult (over 18) children living in the same household.
To qualify for this benefit, you must participate in one of the social programs listed below and be able to present proof of participation upon arrival to the Museum for your visit. If proof of participation is not presented, the full cost of the ticket will be due at the time of your visit.
The follow documentation is accepted:
- EBT, WIC, BIC, Medicaid, Medical, or CA Healthy Families membership card
- Enrollment confirmation paperwork from Kaiser MFA, Kaiser Community Health Care, or the Free and Reduced-Price Lunch Program
- It is not necessary to provide proof of disability
